inevitably

i used to be very comforted by the fact i made friends with some people i've dated in the past. i told myself it was because i didnt lose a friendship.


but now i realise. its hardly a badge i should wear proudly. because if you give your fucking best. and it doesnt work out. being friends should be impossible.
if you have your mind set on keeping the friendship, your minds not on giving it your all.

having said that, i still treasure my friends. girl and boy. indiscriminate of colour or wealth or character.
