makes me. but it doesnt protect me from insecurity.
is it really a predisposition?

question is, im just gonna be doubly sure its a predisposition.
dont wanna make that error now do we.
well.. you can be predisposed to something but still find means to deal with it right?
like if i'm prone to being lazy and not going to the gym, i can find commitment technologies that bind me to a decision and force me to act on it.
For example, making appointments with friends to go swimming, because i know they will show up, i have to show up too.
maybe i misunderstand the true message behind your post. (so many things can be interpreted from a wall of text, you know!)
but i would say that we are predisposed to having insecurities (we're only human), and that perhaps what is important is to identify when these insecurities affect us and make us act in ways that we don't want to be. and to find the means to counteract such behavior if we want to see change.
