had so many things to blog about. and slowly they slipped out of my memory.
what i want to say is.

i've lived. i'm living and i will live.

experiencing life. through its moments of randomness and certainty.

i ran the nike10k in slightly over an hour. i've been searching for jobs.
meeting up with friends. and coaching the sailors. watched adels play
but what could sum it all up better. by saying that;
every breath i take i appreciate. every thing i do i do it with my eyes wide open.
and then when die. i say,


"i did all those things"
