my nephew is in primary 3 this year.
and im helping him with his mid years.



im teaching him the english in language in a level which you wouldnt even know.
you could be working at a big bank or a have gone to a semi decent college.

weekend

when i started this week, i barely felt rested. it went by too fast.
in the haste to enjoy my weekend, i lost it.

this week i was able to slow it down and it was GReeat.
it started with a walk with surya from the office back to selegie which really got me perspiring, free vegetarian thosai dinner, then pohs dinner at waraku katong and overeasy where poh got smashed.

sat was spent recovering and at night i finally ended up singing with jh and ppd.
nice! poh and lam and weiyee came later for supper so it was a good session.

today was fab la.
i did so many things and made my weekend seem so full.
first i sailed keelboat.
it was the first time i was the skipper cos the usual skipper maxi was busy slacking.
very honoured and happy to steer a boat after so long. didnt seem too rusty but it fact i was rather apprehensive. furthermore i had zhen and toh the resident olympic 470 helms in front of me and justin wong the asian games gold medal bowman doing spin for me. it was damn shiok la. tack gybe hoist pull this pull that. hahahaha. helming is good for the ego.

anyway we went ikea after that and ate and shopped abit, then played l4d and completed an advanced map without much fuss. that was only 9pm la shiok.
so many things squeezed into one day.

now im gonna sleep. and this week will zoom by.
took wednesday off. so if anyone wanna hang out. im available.
especially for people who still read this but i seldom meet!

with our jam packed schedules, full lives and wide networks. life is seemingly better than in the past. but on the flipside, we lost the ability to savour. easy come easy go.


looking forward, im gonna try to slow things down. breathe easy and walk placid.
